FEATURED IN

Miami NFT Week Speaker

Paula Carozzo was an invited speaker at a three-day event that packed the house with speakers from the NFT industry and bridged conversations about DeFi and Blockchain technology, workshops, panels, pitch competitions, creative installations, immersive art and performances.

This square photograph shows the head and shoulders of an olive-skinned woman with her long, dark hair blowing back from her face. Her head tilts to our left, and she wears hoop earrings and a black, sleeveless top.

OUR TEAM

CREATOR'S STORY

Paula Carozzo is a disability activist, content creator, speaker and model.

Paula was diagnosed with cerebral palsy after a nontraumatic brain injury from a surgery in Venezuela at the age of five. After being misdiagnosed numerous times, Paula’s parents decided to move to the United States for a concrete diagnosis and advanced treatment options. From a young age and going into adulthood, Paula has experienced the inequality and injustice that people with disabilities face everyday.

This led her to create a space where she could represent and amplify the stories of people with disabilities by sharing the struggles, frustrations and adventures of living with a disability on social media. As an inclusive advocate she’s had the privilege to work with notable brands such as Google, Facebook, Tommy Hilfiger and Wells Fargo. After her impact on current platforms, Paula has decided to extend her mission to redefine disabilities by creating INCLSV with a goal of advocating for all identities and abilities in Web 3.

MISSION - VISION

Inclusivity & Accessibility in the Web 3 space

INCLSV creates awareness around all things DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion), actively building platforms and protocols that serve to meaningfully realize collective ambitions.

INCLSV goes beyond what the physical world considers “diverse” and has created a world for HUEMANS that want to be part of life's most inclusive rainbow, bridging the gap of representation between Web2 and Web3.

ROADMAP

Ellipse 33.png
Ellipse 33.png

INCLSV FUNDRAISING EVENT

In order to initiate the start of our Web3 efforts and to fund the treasury for the goals on our roadmap, we will be holding an NFT sale. A portion of the funds raised from this sale will be allocated to

non-profits and charities that represent Inclusive Collective’s mission.

INCLSV HACKATHON

Inclusive Collective aims to be the leader of inclusion and accessibility in this third iteration of the web. By hosting our very own hackathon, we hope to encourage inspiration and meaningful consideration in regard to accessibility when it comes to the development of tools, dAPPs, and DeFi products.

Web 2.0 infrastructure, relative to past technological innovation, was hastily crafted with little regard for the communities that would be interacting with the platforms. They were solely concerned with progress and it’s celerity. This more decentralized iteration of the web is more or less being built by the people for the people. We would like to be a paragon of mindfulness in this coming age of the blockchain.

The hackathon will follow the NFT fundraising event. In the early stages of this project, Inclusive Collective intends this to be an event of annual occurrence. However, contingent upon the success of this project we will surely increase

the frequency of these events. We will be releasing more details regarding our hackathon and its procedures soon.

INCLSV SEMINARS

An often forgotten yet critical component of inclusion in any space is access and dissemination of information. We are exceedingly aware of this and intend to provide an avenue by which anyone may learn more about Web3 and get involved with relative ease. It can be an intensely daunting task to break into the Web3 arena, that being said we'd like to make this process as smooth as possible. The future is Web3 and we don't want ANYONE being left behind.

We still acknowledge the conversations and experiences that marginalized communities face everyday. Inclusive Collective will make an effort to host seminars and panels to educate and illustrate the many differing aspects of life faced by people of these communities.

INCLUSIVE COLLECTIVE IS JUST GETTING STARTED...
